Raisio (https://www.raisio.com) is an international company specialised in healthy, responsibly produced food and ingredients. Their focus is on well-being, health, good taste and sustainable development. In Q2/2024 Raisio reported 57M euros revenue and employed 350 people.
Raisio Group's chief innovation officer Reetta (Kivelä) Andolin comments: "We used an assessment service provided by TackAngle and Scale Company to health check one of our major innovation projects before the board review. Assessment was really useful in helping to structure our thinking and to understand where we need to focus more. It was delivered rapidly and gave us good hands-on guidance!"
TackAngle has a partnership with Scale Company who provides a SaaS-tool with structured maturity model making it easier to drive innovation initiatives and lead the whole innovation portfolio.
One practical offering this partnership can deliver is a rapid assessment of a single innovation project. Assessment can be used e.g. when an innovation project is reaching a critical milestone and you want to get an external structured view of how the project is performing and where to focus next.

Lauri Lehtovuori, founder and CEO for Combient Foundry comments: “When Samuli Savo (now at TackAngle) was Chief Digital Officer of Stora Enso, he had a significant role when we were setting up Foundry. Initially, we launched Foundry with support from Stora Enso and KONE, aiming to reduce the time-to-market for industrial companies. It required several rounds of trial and error to fine-tune our methods, operations, and engagement model. I am grateful for all the hands-on support and guidance that Samuli has provided over the years. Samuli's approach to (co-)creating ambitious objectives with clear, actionable plans combined with creative thinking has definitely contributed to our success. Always happy to collaborate with Samuli!"

Selfly Store (https://www.selflystore.com/) provides complete and easy-to-set-up smart vending machine solutions to enable merchants and consumers to meet through easy and convenient grab-n-go shopping. These smart vending machines, Selfly Stores, are powered by RFID technology and connected to the Selfly Cloud, which allows merchants to remotely operate their Selfly Stores with access to real-time data. Today, Selfly Stores are used by more than 100 forward-thinking companies in 22 countries across Europe. The biggest markets are Finland, France, Germany, Sweden and Switzerland.
Aslak de Silva, CEO for Selfly Store comments: “Selfly Store originated in Stora Enso’s innovation laboratories and was in 2021 spinned out as a separate corporate startup company. When Samuli Savo (now in TackAngle) was running innovation activities in Stora Enso he oversaw this development and creation of a company as a chairman of the board. I was recruited early 2022 as CEO. Running a corporate startup has its benefits but also challenges. There is a lot of potential red tape and slowness that you may need to deal with. However my own experience has been really positive. With Samuli’s hands-on support and guidance we were able to develop a very well working governance model where we could leverage strengths of a corporation and simultaneously develop our own identity as a startup and ensure that we move with a speed which an agile growth company should. I feel that in the last years Selfly Store has achieved a lot, both significant customer successes and well recognised industry awards in Europe and US, and I am confident that we will be a global winner in the smart vending business. Additionally I think that the corporate innovation platform that Samuli put in place is a well functioning model that really makes it possible for corporations to launch and grow their own startups.”
